TPM learned of a potential customer that was unable to get parts from their existing foundry due to covid issues. They were behind schedule and had delivery schedules of their own that needed parts fast. The customer was able to access the existing tooling. Using the existing tools TPM was able to get 100 parts completed and delivered to the customer in 2 weeks. Once the “emergency” order was completed the tool was upgraded to be more efficient to use.
TPM’s ability to use the existing tool and run parts immediately saved our customer from losing a major account.
