Manufacturing Production Technician

As a Manufacturing Production Technician, you will set up, test, adjust, and operate a diverse range of advanced manufacturing machinery. You will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet strict quality standards by calibrating equipment with precision tools, troubleshooting mechanical or electronic issues, and thoroughly inspecting finished products. With at least one year of manufacturing experience, this role offers the opportunity to work directly with complex manufacturing process hardware and software to meet exact customer specifications.
Melt Technician
Step into the heart of our foundry operations
As a Melt Technician, you will set up and operate an induction melting furnace to safely pour molten metal into preheated ceramic shell molds. You will be responsible for charging the furnace with exact alloy specifications, continuously monitoring melt temperatures and chemistry, and skimming and deoxidizing the metal prior to pouring. This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in a high-temperature manufacturing or foundry environment who are ready to take on the meticulous work of industrial metal melting.
Maintenance Technician
Keep our facility running at peak performance
The Maintenance Technician is the backbone of our daily operations, responsible for diagnosing and resolving mechanical and structural issues across the foundry. You will utilize your technical problem-solving skills to maintain and repair specialized investment casting equipment, including wax injection presses, shell and slurry systems, flashfire dewax and burnout furnaces, induction melting furnaces, and finishing equipment. Beyond essential machinery upkeep, this role involves troubleshooting and managing other core building systems, including electrical systems, plumbing, compressed air, dust collection, and HVAC.
